AMSI Laments Shaykh Shu'ayb al-Arna'ut

The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq mourned Shaykh Shu'ayb al-Arna'ut, a major hadith scholar of Ahl al-Sunna (may Allah have mercy upon him), who passed away on Thursday, the twenty-seventh of October this in the Jordanian capital of Amman at the age of 88 years.
The Secretariat reviewed, in a statement, some virtues of the deceased, who studied the Arab Science at the hands of senior scholars in Damascus, then turn to the study of Islamic Sharia, then he was interested in the Hadith.
The late Shaykh was headed the investigation and correction department twenty-year period in the House (Islamic Office), and investigated and appointed to oversee more than seventy volumes of mothers heritage books first and foremost Hadith science, then he went to work with the institution (Risalah) to head the Department of investigation of heritage, as well as a large number of Sharia science students who been graduated at his hands.
The Association of Muslim Scholars prays to Allah Almighty to have mercy on the deceased and forgive him and grant him the best reward on what he provided, and that eternal peace and inspires his family, his students and loved ones patience and fortitude.
