AMSI offers humanitarian aid to thousands of Mosul displaced people
The relief department in AMSI has distributed humanitarian aid to thousands of Mosul displaced people which have fled from fight areas.
A delegation of the department has visited (Saif Dylan) Camp in Erbil, and has noticed the suffering faced by more than two thousand families that live in tents and caravans lacking basic life requirements.
The delegation has provided assistance such as (blankets) and food for (1000)displaced families who have recently fled from the left side of Mosul, which is the eastern side where shelling of the government forces has intensified on its neighborhoods.
Inclusive Iraq Initiative (3)
The visit of relief department has occurred within the third phase of humanitarian inclusive Iraq initiative , which was launched two years ago including tens of thousands of displaced people in different parts of the country throughout this period.
Displaced people suffer of complex and extreme serious humanitarian conditions, especially with low temperature ,lack of fuel needed for heating amid large and clear deficiencies in relief field of the humanitarian organizations and concerning institutions.
The current government involved in a scandal earlier increasing the tragedy of displaced people imposing on the relief aid – although it is insufficient- custom tax because of which has been criticized in media and field areas.
