Imageal-Dhari : Report of The Iraq Study Group has not presented anything to the Iraqis



Secretary General of  the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI), Sheikh Harith al-Dhari said that the Report of American Studies at the presidency of A. Baker on Iraq has not presented anything to the Iraqis and it just focus on how to solve the problem of occupation in Iraq.

al-Dhari pointed out in his statement during his meeting with Aden President Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was reported by the official Yemeni news agency that Baker report has not presented anything to the Iraqis and did not contribute directly or indirectly to solve Iraqi problem.

al-Dhari added that the report focuses on how to solve the problem of the occupation in Iraq. However American Occupation Forces are not interested in this report whereas they desire to return as healthy and victories to their country. Even if they are interested in this report, current situation in our homeland show the opposite side.

His excellency told to the news agency that both Arab role in Iraq is now absent and positive or wisely approaches to the problems are not clear.

Secretary General said that the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq will resist against every sedition and unlikely civil war between Iraqi citizens.
