Dr. Muthanna says; 

• Iraqis have joined to the awakening council motivated by unemployment for retaliation and revenge.

• 33 militia groups are operating in Iraq for the benefit of the political forces.  
  
• American Society of ex-fighters admitted losing of 75 thousand troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

• Withdrawal of American forces during the summer is merely an electoral propaganda.

• U.S. administration wants to ensure its interests in Iraq forever with so-called Security Treaty / Convention.

Dr. Muthanna Harith al Dhari warned return of Arab ambassadors at this time to Iraq noting that this step is «a trap of the Americans trying to drag the Arab States in to».  

“The Arab ambassadors in Baghdad were unable to protect the embassies of many ambassadors.” he said and added that such a step would confer to legitimize the occupation and at the same time would not limit Iranian influence in Iraq.

Real Loses of the Occupation Forces and Resistance 

“The situation in Iraq in terms of general characterization is still the same, there is occupation and there is a strong anti-occupation presence. These forces as you know are two types. The first one is the armed resistance against the occupation forces that are against the occupation by all possible means politically, intellectually and media. The trend mostly has roots among the Iraqi people now and forever that is the idea of the exit of occupation. This period and more periods indicate that the Iraqi people reject the occupation and the political process through several stages that is still not stable and will not be stable. Some are benefiting from the political process and the most beneficiary is the American administration.  

The reality of the so-called political process is based on not peaceful intends rather some factors still remain that were drawn by US administration. In fact the political process is a process which is based on fragile foundations not sound as you know quotas, sectarianism and ethnicity. The country is on the verge of provincial council elections after several months, although there are many suspicions about the election or the absence of the session. However it started through the political forces re-arrangement of their papers with rifts and alliances. But the common factor in all these situations is bad.” 

“On the other side of the occupation; it still suffers many problems, his troops still squander continuing albeit them in this district and tries to cover up for the real losses. However from now on information and news started to come from within the United States of America. When Veterans Association said that they lost 75 thousand troops in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan U.S. administration did not say this haphazardly. In this period the fact was realized that there are numbers of wounded and numbers of people who kill themselves, then the occupation forces in trouble. Yes it achieved some successes in trying to curtail the relative status of reluctance, but it still suffers from this predicament.” 

The Security Conditions in Iraq as a result of the political process 

The story of the improvement of the security conditions in Iraq as result of the political process is just a fallacy. Because the Americans are evaluating the conditions on the basis of high or low number of dead people. There is neither logic nor reality indeed saying so. There may be no significant losses in casualties but the security situation and the turbulent political situation are completely crumbled.  

There is no link between the increase in the number of dead and the political process. Perhaps the number of increasing resistance weakens the U.S. administration and its politics. However direct impact on the number of dead American soldiers is not connected with this subject, of course, they underestimate loses in the month of My.
