The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (HEYET) issued a statement condemning the bombing which happened in Taza of Tamim province where more than 250 people were killed and wounded. A statement of HEYET said: "it seems obvious and clear to all observers that the acts of violence targeting innocent citizens with all their affiliations are the work of those having link with foreign parties designed to create chaos and inspire the spirit of discord among the sons of one people." The statement continued: "The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (HEYET) condemns this horrible crime and those crimes that lead to the loss of innocent lives; it points to the underlying objective of deceiving the sectarian sedition and bloodshed to the streets of Iraq. The sole beneficiary of this is the influent political parties and forces which are trying to pass through occupation and other regional schemes at the expense of the lives and security of citizens. Those all bore responsible for the crime. " HEYET Net
