By Mohammad Khroub Attentions may be paid for a plenty of asked questions about the Iraqi issue such as the struggling, attractions, political background record and some others end with gun bullets, sound mufflers, bombings, the meetings held between the religious competent of both Sunnis and Shiites to show their objections and rejections to the decision of the American Senates concerning the partition of Iraqi territory to three region as Sunnis, Shiites and Kurds connected to a federated government in Baghdad
AMSI denounces the American decision and considers it a dangerous step. Because such action is a preparation to be spread all over the region countries, followed by requesting from the betrayers (of motherland and nations) to confirm the decision exactly as it has mentioned in a declaration regarding the subject matter. The reality of the decision is dividing the country. However the vision is to form a federative system as a pretext to stop or put an end the conflict in the country, i.e AMSI which no doubt has a great effect among the Sunnis sect will carry on with current attitudes in its political aspects that are known to everyone and to provide the support to armed resistance powers even if the American Senates decision has raised as a reality. Although, the White House has announced officially its rejection to the decision and indicated to (this decision is not necessary to the American Administration), although the language of this press declaration issued by the spokesman of the White House was a not clear and fill of suspicious tips. The declaration contained the following paragraph "but it is obvious that the Iraqis themselves have to take such decisions and it should not be imposed by foreign countries".
From the other side the highest Shiites competent Ali Al-Sistani's attitude was declared, whose representative in Karbala has recently announced his condemnations as AMSI's condemnation dispatch and said that: I call all brothers either from high missions and political groups or Civil Society organizations or any religious and cultural figures not to listen and care to any projects consisting the separation (partition) of Iraq on the bases of sectarian or ethnical nature."
The condemnations came from a very important two competent Sunnis and Shiites, the interest would have more important effects if they had acted together and had announced the gathering invitations and resolve all problems with dialogues and must have bury these destructive scenarios. These scenarios are the only methods that guarantees the occupation to leave the country with minimum cost of the terrible dilemma that fallen in since four years and several months. The occupation is still the candidate for much worse conditions under the severe project of partition of the Iraqi territory. It has too many theoretical possibilities; the sectarian and ethnical separation in Iraq takes the first place in the agenda of the regional powers, also from the stand point of international matters the USA is listed in the said agenda especially the spokesmen of the president expression "the Iraqis themselves should take such decisions".
It is not so difficult to resolve and open the last expression, probably it contains the secret word such as "The Iraqis are masters of themselves, and if they wouldn't chose by this way then we (the Americans) should make their demand and answer to their free will".
That means there is no other way for those who chose and wish a divided Iraq unless otherwise have to gather and declare their attitudes and invite (if they wish) to take democratic actions. Particularly everybody knows worldwide that Iraq has become a democratic country after the US and British occupation and could get rid of the dictatorship and the bloody regime, the way to realize this is only through ballot (election boxes).
The referendum would not form an obstacle in front of the separatists of a triple partition of Iraq, in particular, the Iraqi Kurdish Region will not find in the federalism (whatever federalism has expressed, although, Hoshyar Zeibari said that the accepted federalism must be on the basis of geographical attribution not sectarian or ethnical) other than turning the page of the past to a new page in order to gain more authorization and autonomy for their internal affairs even if Kirkuk City issue (article 140) will remain suspended or postponede .. In spite of the oppositions of Al-Sadr movement (who is always in wavering and mysterious attitudes) Al-Hakim supporters are continuing along their course, for the decision of American Senates in spite of the speech of Nouri Al-Maliki in The UN General Council several days ago.
There are a couple of reasons in the Iraqi scene regarding the future of Iraq drives to pessimism in particular after the US President has decided to export his crises to the future president. That means this will give him the good chance to attempt the temporary resolutions to decrease the pressure on his soldiers in Iraq, and attempting to cut the way in front of Democratic Party to reach to White House.
Regarding the Iraqi reconciliation it seems too far to be realized because of Al-Maliki's government crimes and his failure procedures which were taken from the stand point of security, deepen the sectarian and religious disorders; protecting the corruption and seditions which has become one of the political game.
The attempts for National Agreement that submitted by Vice President and the General Secretary of Islamic Party Tariq Al-Hashimi to the Shiites competent Ali Al-Sistani has not succeeded. We believe in Al-Hashimi's talk about "how Al-Sistani has blessed the idea in general and has indicated some simple attentions over a few articles of it". Because the future of Iraq is simply is not decided by Iraqis but the Capital of International Resolution which the soldiers of it are occupying Iraq, as they consider Iraq is only the stage and place of setting of new maps of the Arab region This article is translated by AMSI Press Department. © 2007
