The partition plan of US Senates does not stop in dividing only the Iraqi territory but there is another project which is partition of Baghdad too. 

It is necessary for the Iraqis that they must know well enough that the occupiers are doing their best job to erect the partition wall in Iraq and in Baghdad. From first instant US Administration and the war gangs began to commit the partition plan, they gave complete autonomy to the Kurdish Region away from Baghdad government, following the separation of Kurdistan. The occupation has completed the second stage of the project. They assisted the sectarian parties in the South Iraq to form sectarian militias which dominated Southern of Iraq and imposed their control to the people there, seized and looted their wealth. They also controlled the power sources, shared the petroleum revenues and had completed its planned sectarian separation in Baghdad. They conducted a sort of sectarian cleansing in the Capital districts. It has untied the living tissues and classified the population according to their sect and ethnics. The militias had straightened the course for the occupation forces to complete the sectarian separation by erecting a chain of walls which divide the Baghdad society. 

Now the occupiers are willing to complete the third part of the project in one attempt. They assisted the figures whom are covetous to the wealth and delivered high ranks positions in the new regime just for their fame….and giving the opportunity to executers to obtain the property, weapons encouraging them to form militias to realize two aims in one action: 

First: To form a mid-region within partition project and deepen the sectarian and ethnical gap in the Iraqi society.  

Second: To beat the national resistance in Al-Anbar, Diyala and Salahaddin under a name of “War against Al-Qaida”… 

This is the American project on the Iraqi territory that will divide the country and tear the nation which also ends the unity and sovereignty in Iraq. 

All these are occurring in the time when we see the Arab regimes are suffering from unconsciousness as if they had a brain death. The inability bodies (Arab Regime) are living by artificial respiration facilities in an American intensive care room. We actually don’t know when the Americans will have these facilities. Because if we assume that the project has succeeded in Iraq, the same scenario will have been repeated among the Arab countries which divide the Arab nation into pieces. It will be done if the conscious does not return back to the Arabs and realize a development project that may rescue the lost past time.
