The acceptance of American Congress to divide Iraq into three parts on the bases of sects which is anyhow not necessary to the American Administration is so dangerous decision. It will result in too bad effect to the future of Iraq. It again seems that the decision has prepared a good background to the separatists and supporters of the decision. 

Keeping silent to such resolution will harm the region, because if serious actions would not be taken against it, more ugly decisions will be issued harming Iraq. The decision was issued in the time when a conflict has arisen between The Democrats and The Republicans, and after the worse conditions that reached in Iraq which this point obliged the American Administration to confess its failure.  

There is no doubt that the result of the decision will be too bad not only in regarding Iraq but the whole countries of the region. The decision assures that the Americans have very poor opinion taking the conditions and the crises in the world with very simple minded and puts them to the benefit of themselves. The decision declares that Iraq is not in interest of the Congress; their aim is only to protect the American self-interest in the region even if it was on the account of Iraq as a state. 

The decision is an inauspicious prescription for the future vision of America to the Arab world and all Arabs issues. It is aiming to re-draw the map of the Arab world to serve the American self-interest. So the hindrance of such instructions should not started from Iraq only, but from all Arab countries not by means of condemnation only but as a brave decision through Arab League. 

The inauspicious decision has uncovered the real American intention and their aim in the region, in particular. The American politics has deliberately kept the international society far of complicated Iraqi issue along the past periods, and failed to perform the security strategies. Then they started through the Congress to execute new plans, which they were probably prepared before to destroy Iraq.  

The Congress is a tool of the American Administration, however, it has failed to vote and take a positive decision alone concerning the Iraqi issue even it has failed to oblige the Bush Administration to withdraw the US forces from Iraq. So it is not strange for such tool to take such queer decisions that harms the American reputation among the Arabs and the world. Therefore, from this point it was necessary for the Congress to force the President Bush to leave Iraq immediately if it was really serious minded with Iraqi issue.

This decision has to drive the Iraqis to unify and put the disagreements between them aside that damaged their motherland and gave the Americans the chance to take decisions against their country such as the decision of the Congress. So it is obvious to think that the conditions in Iraq had encouraged the Americans to carry on their bad and ugly procedures. There is no other alternative for Iraqis unless unification in order to face the American new attitude. The unification can not be realized unless the national reconciliation comes true. The reconciliation should include all Iraq sects and ethnics to spoil the chance of American efforts. 

It is distressing and upsetting of issuance of such destructive decision by the Congress. It is more distressing for the extreme sectarian and denominations disorders that appeared at the time when the country is occupied giving the Americans the chance to play in the Iraqi fate. The decision of American Congress is a preference one whereas a worse of this will coming if the Iraqis would not turn back towards their country and do their best to rescue the country first from separation and secondly from the occupation.
