ImageFATWA - About Attacks on the Mosques, Prohibition of Shedding Blood, the Unity of the Country.

A group of Muslim scholars gathered in Madinat’ul- Ilm University which is located in Kazimiyah north of Baghdad on 24 Shawwal 1424.


The serious and grievous problems of Anglo-Amerikan occupation in Iraq and solution ways to those problems are dealt with in the meeting.


At the end of the meeting, the following fatwa was published in according to provide the unity and cooperation of the nation; to stop attacks on lives, bloods and properties of innocent people, attacks on various worship places in the framework the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah which are binding for every Muslims.
