In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The association of Muslims scholars in Iraq (AMSI) believes based on the historian facts and the experiences in the Iraqi field that no one knows the interests of the Iraqi people but the Iraqis themselves and no one can save them from the tragedy exceptional circumstances that continued for more than a year but the Iraqis themselves if they want to and if they be loyal to Allah and their homeland and if they don’t depend on the others where ever they were near or far… the others will never act or move unless if it was for there own interests and plans which it will be over the Iraqi peoples interests and hopes.

Therefore the association of the Muslims scholars in Iraq is demanding all the Iraqi peoples by their entire ingredient and social classes to discard all the differences and to work together for Iraqis interests which is for all of us and to join to this patriotism Honor Covenant that includes:

1-     Allegiance to Allah the lord of all first and second to Iraq and put all the Iraqi interests above all the personal and political and sectarian interests.

2-     Refuse all the occupations kinds every one by the way that he sees it right and leads to fulfillment the religion and patriot duty.

3-     Keep working hard and do the best we can to end the occupation by every legal way because the occupation is the main problem and we will never get rid of these tragedy circumstances without get rid of the occupation first.

4-     The true and honest patriotism conciliation that will erase all the differences and conflictions between the Iraqis and erase all the strange behaviors which threaten our people’s unity such as kidnapping and killing and assassinating and stand against all the tries to take over the public properties specially the religious ones.

5-     Discarding all what can strength the differences and seditions between our people such personals acts or behaviors or advertisements.

6-     Working hard to unite our lines and targets especially in this dangerous phase of our people and nation’s history to stop any one tries to harm our people.

7-     Clinging to the unity of our people and our homeland and never neglect that under any situation or excuse.

8-     Establish an authority or a high committee to detail the points of this covenant made from all the Iraqis active factions in the Iraqi field and to discuss all the occurs and issues that need solutions or group opinions… the presentation in the committee should be at less one member from each faction.
