Internatinoal Truth Newspaper in London revealed that the Badr Organization distributed a document to be circulated to all branches to form cells for the killing and terrorist acts against civilians in Iraq.

The newspaper added that the distribution of the document dated on April 12 for formation of yellow cells last was not passed until the day of several bombings in Baghdad and Kadhimiya.

So-called "Badr Brigade" which is headed by Hadi al-Amiri is the military wing of "Supreme Council" led by Abdel Aziz al-Hakim having strong link with Iran and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

This terrorist organization is responsible for kidnapping, torturing and murdering tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians.

The bloody attacks rocked Iraq last April had killed at least 300 civilians. This number of victims is the highest of this year after reaching 180 people in March 2009.
