Babil Province Human Rights Commission president Fawziya al Jashami revealed that detainees in Babil Province have been subjected to tortures and sexusal abuses.

In her press release Fawziya said the members of the commission have revealed during their visit to Hilla city prisons especially in Big Crimes Prsion that detainees are subjected to tortures under so-called investigation processes.

These prisons are being administred by the puppet government institutions where most of police or army members are ex-militia leaders or sectarian terrorist organizations loyal to current political groups.
