Six American occupation soldiers wounded when an improvished explosive device went off targeting their convoy in Nineweh Province on Sunday.

Government police sources said: "The convoy was leading at the main road for raids. An IED went off and wounded 6 American soldiers."

Occupation forces prohibited people and vehicle to approach at the area for security reasons.
