The Jihad and Change Front, one of the major jihad fronts in Iraq in addition to the other factions like Asaib al Iraq al Jihadiyah, the Mujahideen Army and the army of Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal in a joint statement declared confidence on Secretary General of the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (HEYET) Sheikh Dr. Hareth Sulaiman al Dhari and choosing him as their spokesperson and representative at international arena.

The statement of the resistance factions confirmed that they empowered Sheikh Dhari to speak and negotiate on their behalf in matters related to politics and at all the forums to defend the blood of the beautiful martyrs that flowed on the soil of Iraq where the rights and honors have been violated.

Declaration of trust and authorization

We as the Jihad and Change Front, Asaib al Iraq Jihad, the Mujahideen Army and the Army of Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal are declaring the following:

1 - Declaration of trust to Sheikh Harith al-Dari Secretary General of the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (HEYET) as we know he has position and firmness of principle against the enemies and patience for inflicts; unique assignment for jihad and the resistance in Iraq despite the exposures, pressures and excesses. We consider that He (Sheikh Dhari)  is tied to the principles and fundamentals of jihad and the resistance in Iraq. He is the courageous men having right position, which he does not abandon them, even if it cost him his life.

2 - We choose Sheikh Harith al-Dari as a person to speak and negotiate on our behalf in political issues related to us and represents us in all the forums to defend the blood of the beautiful martyrs who flowed on the soil of Iraq where honors and rights and captured by the have been violated.

O His Eminence our Sheikh! We burden very big burden on your shoulders in addition to your worries, but some people has resolve and determination, and the order of Jihad is the glorious and paramount at the seal of Allah. It has costs only by the people and indeed Allah is the guardian and guarantor. We have entrusted you with the sincerity, diligence and persistence, we have confidence in your acceptance of this authority and representation, God willing you will find us at the best assumption where we should have made necessities.

May Allah succeed you serving his religion and support you averting mistakes on the right road. We -all-hope to combine all Iraqis at this order in a large context to maintain our hopes in the liberation of our country from the dirty unbelievers, hypocrites and pretenders and to return Iraq as free and Muslim to his Arabs and Muslims in beloved religion of Islam raising heads...

Allah-u-Akbar, he is our Protector and for those unbelievers there is no Protector for them
