A car bomb exploded targeting a U.S. occupation patrol in al Talibiya area of east of the capital Baghdad today (Sunday).A government source said that "a booby-trapped car parked on the side of a road in the area of al Talibiya went off targeting a U.S. convoy causing damage of one wheel"

The size of U.S. occupation casualties are not known because of the security cordon imposed by those forces on the scene.
