1920 Revolution Brigades of Jihad and Change Front, one of the formations of Consolidated Commission of Authorization factions targeted two helicopters of the American occupation forces with heavy weapons.

At the statement the jihad faction said: "Brave fighters of the group under the campaign of Bright Lightning focused on a centre of American occupation patrol consisting of two helicopters. Fighters targeted two helicopters with using heavy weapons trying to shot down. After the operation resistance fighters safely withdrew from the area."
