Fighters from the Iraqi resistance factions fired three Katyusha rockets to the Green Zone at the centre of capital city Baghdad. According to the government security forces rockets were fired from an area northwest of Baghdad and hit upon the fortified area. The sources did not share casualties due to heavy security measures taken by the occupation forces.
