HEYET Net Team discussed with Dr. Khaled al Muayni, the spokesman for the Iraqi National Founding Conference on many issues from the politics, the government, the occupation to real statistics of dead, wounded and mentally ill occupation soldiers and of course the active operational importance of the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI).
HEYET Net - Welcome Mr. Dr. Dr. Khaled - Thanks and greetings of Allah.
HEYET Net - The country is witnessing what they call "a political process" under the occupation... How do you value of this process after five years of invasion? Dr. Khaled - The American occupation of Iraq presented a draft which is an integrated and comprehensive strategy consisting of several pages, including military page followed by other pages. Perhaps the most serious one was the political page, or so-called "political process" and the danger lies in that it firmly establishes the occupation draft and domination. Since the beginning of this process it was founded on a base of sects and ethnic quotas, which ruled - are still ruling- any political activity in Iraq. The Governing Council and the State Administration Law which was born from the focal of the current Constitution has the same; the Parliament, the governments of the occupation too There are Shiite ministries since five years like health ministry, which conducted a ceremony on another occasion the exit of Sunni. There are Sunni and other Kurdish ministries. In this outlined political process, these considerations are paralyzed with disability, failure or as being called a "clinically dead" as a service to the project of the occupation, not to serve the interests of the fundamentals of the Iraqi people.

Dr. Khaled - As I said before, the failure of the political process and the result of the capture one of the crew of the occupation authority and deprive the other parties led to the withdrawal of some parties and the equivalent of 17 minister since about one year. At the level of strategic goal for the occupation that is occupying Iraq and creating a model which is being circulated in the Middle East has brought fully failure.
