“The statement of Kurdish officials neither have value nor reflect the realities at the ground, however it just increase the their aggressive intentions.” said the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq in the press release strongly denouncing the remarks of the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the leader of so-called Kurdistan Province who welcomed the establishment of military bases to the American occupation forces in northern Iraq.  

HEYET Net – In the press statement AMSI clarified that the remarks of those politicians reveal their destructive role in a flagrant style against the interests of the country and its people. 

They are as if collaborators with the occupation in the brutal invasion of Iraq destroying its infrastructure, killing people and the assassination of the elite of sons of Iraq. These did not satisfy them and they go to the table cheering, welcoming the insulting agreement, calling for expediting the conclusion with U.S. administration and expressing their willingness to establish bases of the occupation in our beloved north region in the absence of signing the ominous agreement!!!. 
 

The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq renewed to remind of these politicians that they do not represent the Kurdish people loyal to the Islam and the homeland. Their statements do not have any value just reflects their aggressive intentions and illegitimate ambitions around the neck of the Iraqi people and controlling their own destiny... 

AMSI also pointed out to attention that the Iraqi people will not have mercy on all those who seek to tear it and hand over its destiny to foreign usurper.
