The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) strongly condemned the flagrant violations committed by government guard forces and the American occupation forces at Mustansiriya University, Department of the girls and the University of Technology in Baghdad.  
 

The AMSI in a statement published on Thursday told that the government troops raided Monday morning assaulting to the Associate Dean and a number of students in the absence of respect for the university campus and with the U.S. occupation forces.

In late last night the department of the girls in Technology University was also subjected to the attacks of barbaric forces trying to search female students but the heads of each department did courageous action against those forces and failed them.  
 

At the end of its statement AMSI blessed the demonstrations and other activities in these scientific forums by a number of students and teachers in protest at the shameful acts of the occupation forces and government troops... Noting that these moral abuses came after the signing of shameful, notorious and void SOFA that is not worth the ink it's written it.
