AMSI Net - Secretary General of AMSI Sheikh Hareth al-Dhari met with Prof. Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Tayyib the president of al-Azhar University and Sheikh Muhammad Rashid Qabbani Mufti of the Republic of Lebanon.

Sheikh Dr. Hamdi Yousif Mufti of Bosnia, Dr. Ali Hishami religious advisor in United Arab Emirates, Dr. Osama al-Baz advisor at the Egyptian Presidency and a large number of scientists and professors participated in the activities of the Second Global Forum of al-Azhar University which continued its activities for the second consecutive day.

The Iraqi issue and developments on the political and security arena in Iraq was discussed during the meeting. Secretary General of AMSI told that Iraqi people suffer from gross violations everyday which affect citizens.

Sheikh Ahmad Taha Assistant Secretary General of Religious Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Abdussalam al-Kobaisi Assistant Secretary General for Public Relations also attended to the meeting. Image
