In an interview with Iraqi News Network AMSI General Secretary Sheikh Dr. Hareth Al-Dhari said: The situation in Iraq is too bad, my vision to Iraq’s near future will pass and is already passing with tragedy, and this tragedy may increased or passed through dangerous curves, but for the far  future I expect Iraq will come out with victory, in spite of  bloodshed, the Iraqi houses are destroyed and the Maliki administration is continuing on his massacre of the Iraqi nation, in spite of his collapsed administration and failing to manage the country’s affairs..

Although the Maliki new that Iran carrying out its ugly barbarian activities and murdering every Arab in Iraq, he kept on his visit to Iran on 08/08/2007 which was the date of Iraqi’s victory against Iran in Iraqi – Iranian war, the reason of the visit could be summarized, in our evaluation, as the Maliki is not convinced for the bloodshed of our injured nation, he wants to proceed his contracts with the executioners to continue on Iraqi massacre, Maliki is worthless and serves the American – Iranian plans.

Al-Dhari has praised, through the press interview, the heroes Iraqi resistance solidarity which represents the good volition of Iraq, by this believe the occupation will be expelled from Iraq as The British occupation was expelled in 1920 revolution, US will be defeated by the sons and grandchildren of  Dhary and the Iraqi resistance with all its ethnical and sectarian units.

The interview was as follows:

INN: What was the attitude of AMSI from the circumstances set for National Front  Confrontation the occupation Conference, which was planned to be held in Damascus between 6 – 7 July 2007, do you participated in blessed the conference?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : It is more than a century we are calling the National Front Confrontation, to meet in the framework of a national foundation conference in order to reunion in the necessities to perform a national activity such as calling for a general conference or a press declaration or a symposium of all Iraq’s national powers the sunnis, the shiias, the kurds and others, further more to constitute a particular committee to visit the Arabian countries and the friend Islamic countries in case to clear up the situation in Iraq and to declare the Iraqi national vision in order to reach the to aim they struggled for to free Iraq and return its sovereignty, unity and identity, and also to protect its civilization, culture and legacy.

We desired that this conference be a kind of a political pressure and to spread to the world that the Iraqis are unitized on the contrary of what the occupation and its collaborationists claim that the Iraqis are separated as sectarian, denomination and political groups quarreling among themselves, however. The Iraqi nation is unitary one nation, doing its best to realize the said aims, but, every one should know that, the Iraqis whom serving the occupation or are in the political operation for their own sake and fulfilling their patrons plans, are not representing either Iraq nor the Iraqis and they wouldn’t drive Iraq to a peaceful world.

I always used to invite a person or the persons or groups of Iraqi citizenships to form groups with others as one body, thereafter, we will be beside all and anticipate in their political activities aiming to realize the targets we are struggling for.

About two months ago, I have been informed that there was an activity performed among the Iraqi National Fronts whom rejects the occupation, and I blessed them for their efforts declaring that these meetings will end with a general assembly to be held. The brothers in Syria have accepted this conference to be held on their territory, they have invited me or actually the AMSI, to anticipate in the conference, I had agreed the invitation that will collect all these powers, and will end with the conclusions that support’s the resistance demand or our nation’s general requirements inside and outside the country, this conference needed to be held under this situation, because the occupation and its collaborationists are facing many difficulties, further more, some others say that they are in terrible and confused attitude, therefore. We said that the conditions for this conference are convenient to be held, and could be a kind of a big political pressure over the occupation and the current government, this pressure may cause a change over that the Iraqi’s are in need for today after their affairs are criticized and reached to a non standable situation level regarding the Iraqis inside and outside the country, when decided to go to Damascus to present in the conference which should be commenced on 6^th. And 7^th. Of July. My imagination was that the conference will be of a kind of a big collective meeting, and when I arrived I knew that the conference is not of the kind I understand, whereas, the conference was a minimized one or you can say it was a preliminary conference preparing to achieve the major conference, so it was not beneficial to present in the preliminary conference because many sittings were performed, the colleagues have had released the political program and internal regulations, I said that the major, final and extended conference interests me, when I was requested to assign one of AMSI members, I then determined to assign Dr. Muhammed Bashar Al-Faydhy to represent me there, he has presented in session of 6^th. Of July, expressing that AMSI will participate in final major conference.

So, we are participating in conference, that intending to find a front to be a start point in which the participants will agree to coalescence, telling them that we are not a political party or a political movement, we are a religious association developed to work for the nation, in addition to its reform  according to Islamic methods because the Iraqi situation needs from all political and cultural aspects to coordinate jointly in order to serve Iraq.

They should do their best and use all possibilities, telling them that we will be presented in the conference and we confirm what you will conclude, we will be beside all national powers that are in confrontation with occupation and we will support them with our best efforts as we collaborate with such powers, I remained in Syria waiting the conference to be held, and we were informed before a day that the conference has been postponed, and about the reasons of postponeding, nobody has explained why, and the truth was a mystery, however, all I can say that we lost a great political chance of postponeding the conference, we could have benefit to handle it for our issue, but unfortunately it didn’t realized, we hope an alternative for it will realized in Damascus or any other Arab countries capitals, we don’t have to act stingily for any chances unitize our country.

INN: Has Any Contacts Fulfilled Between you and Maliki Administration?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : No, never has realized except efforts of some person’s claim that they were send by Maliki.

I would like to point out that after almost two months of the occupation’s fourth Maliki’s government was constituted, we have met a delegate from Maliki Dr. Ali Abdul Ameer Allawy who was a former Minister in Jafery’s government, another person was came claiming that he was the director of Maliki’s office or the undersecretary of Maliki Dr.Ahmed Alsady, he meet Dr. Muhammed Bashaar Alfaidhy, and before two months ago two persons have come to Jordan, and they have send us some Iraqis resident in Jordan, and they request to meet us, they said they were sent by Maliki, one of them was Ebu Ragheef and the other was Dr. Ahmed (I don’t know his father’s name), we didn’t agree to meet them, I have just tolled them these words :( If they wanted to meet us, then they have to go back to Al-Mal’k’ and says to him the followings:

1- Putting the plans, that agreed on in Cairo 1^st. and 2^nd. Meetings, into practice. 

2- Apply what has been agreed on with Dr. Ali Abdul Ameer Allawy, and also the national powers requirements. Then you will find us talking with you.) 

INN: How far is the truth of American Ambassador Zalmay Khalil Zad has Really Requested to Meet you, Is That Happened Really ?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : Before “7 – 8” months ago, the American ambassador Zalmay Khalil Zad has requested to meet us, I accepted that, but he didn’t come, I then informed that the American Administration has banned him as well as the Iraqi government, I had protested him, and he has had some problems in this subject, and thanks to Allaha we didn’t met him any more.

INN: Your Vision to Iraq’s Future?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : Actually my vision to Iraq’s near future will pass and is already passing with tragedy, and the said tragedy may exceed or will be passed through dangerous curves, but for the far  future I expect Iraq will come out with victory, and the global success of our diligent youth, it is regarded as the success for Iraq itself and its youth, by this it has proved the unity and cling to Iraq flag this victory was a pre-victory and it the way to the grand and real victory of Iraq against all its enemies and those trying to destroy Iraq.  

INN: What is your Comment for Withdrawn of The Tawafok Front from Maliki Administration, and its known that this Front had withdrawn several times and returned back to the parliament?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : I have no comment for this.

INN: The Final Word to the Iraqis?

Sheikh Al-Dhari : We call the Iraqi nation, which has resisted and showed patience up to date, has to resist further more and more forbearance, and has to prove its constancy and patience and will contemporarily be exemplary nation to all alive peoples of the world. Therefore, I tell our people the victory is near, if Allah willing to, the victory gained in Asia Football Championship is clear example for the a good will in the future, and it will be the gate for the giant victory that comes through the Iraq’s and the Iraqi’s worth it as they have showed courage and bravery, in addition to their struggle.
