Al-Kubaisi : Masters Of The Political Process Under The Shadow Of The Occupation Have Taken From Iraq A Loot Of War

In an interview with Sheikh Dr.Abdulselam Al-Kubaisi an important and open  conversation was carried out  concerning the current situations in Iraq according four denomination.

When a symbol of national rejection powers is in behind, the journalist with a heap of questions in the mind to answered by its source has no choice except these questions has to be answered, so with a heap of questions, opinions and observations driven us to the office of Sheikh Dr.Abdulselam Al-Kubaisi in order to answer these questions as openly as he can, the performance of Muslims Association and the evil conspiracies planed against it, the Iraqi opposition was the main subject of this conversation.

-          The Association has no any intention to discover conspiracies against it.

-          Our word is free and open, we don’t purchase from any and we don’t relate to any body and we don’t conduct any blackmails.

-          The Association’s program do not consist any denial positions or remove any body and originally came in favor of Iraqi reality.

-          masters of the political process under the shadow of the occupation have taken from Iraq a loot of war.

 AMSI Net: The Association has been accused of being the decisions are given by a group of sheikhs without consulting most members of the Association.

- In any gatherings on the level of a group or party or tribe either religious or otherwise there should a person who express on behalf of them, so there must be a media, relations and coordination posts in addition to official spokesman whom are mandated to such duties as they have special abilities and they wish if somebody join with them in this field, so one or four or five or even ten all are the same, all can express what is happening inside the Association or that group, now them question is that are the events of the Association came up really with opinion of four or five persons?

The answer is No, except the fixed matters that has been agreed upon on the internal regulations, if a statement has issued, it should be convenient with these fixtures, therefore, the media or relations representative or the spokesman will declare the statement in accordance to the regulations, if these regulations were violated, then such statement is invalid.

However, the fundamental decisions is not only given by a certain group but there is a consultation council and general secretary consisted a various sheikhs and doctors to discuss such principal and important decisions.

AMSI Net: Do you have any intention to discover conspiracies against the Association or you keep them to future to be discovered?

- We have had exceeded many cases in relation to the process of the Association in both positive and negative levels, as it is known concerning the Association, it has not discussed anybody about either the world or position, the competition is performed only for one thing that is for the liberation of the country of the occupation and liberate the religion from the superstitions and to liberate the culture of being an American Global, these are the fixed points of the Association, so anybody who has not participated to or has withdrawn from the Association,  not because the Association has mistaken but they can not manage to take such responsibilities.

The Association will not criticize anybody whom can not stay with because of the less ability, when they invite to new assembly in accordance with their ability, they can get in as they wish, and we don’t clash with anybody we bless any performance that serve the Iraqi nation.

So, the Association has no any intention to discover conspiracies, unless if we approached or reached to a stage that started to affect the Iraqi situation, in that time their conspiracies should be discovered, and we are studying this matter.

AMSI Net: Dose the Association practice with national movements, and what regulates these practices?

- The regulations are the base of the attitude, The Prophet Mohammed (S.W) says that : who has seen so-and-so will not have to be killed in the Badir Battle. Why the prophet has ordered that, because that person or persons have a special attitude with  prophet when he was back from taif.

As it known Jihad should be accepted and our practice with National Islamic Movements are on the bases of their attitude from the occupation, because now we have a mission that is to liberate our country from the occupation. The national movements have not reached to or being a mischief-maker, they are Muslims, even if they reached to such stage, the attitude of Prophet Muhammed (S.W) is known about this matter, he has rejected to get in clashes with such groups, further more he rejected to uncover their names.

So, as far as we are a religious and political Association that drives the people according the religion politics, wants to constitute a state of justice, so it is important to observe the whole matter of practice with such movements.

In the subject matter of taking decisions about the Iraqis situation, in this case invitations sent to Iraq’s ulama (well-known religious personalities) and groups of lecturers, cultured and politicians from every sect and ethnics, and have consult them about the decision/s, the same was happened in various resolutions such as the constitution, sectarian shares and the election, as the matter regards whole of Iraq, and many sects and ethnics live in Iraq.

AMSI Net: The stable attitudes of the Association and saying (No) to the occupation and to the political process and else, how could the Association prove the truth of these claims?

- We said plenty of things in the beginning which considered as imaginary words, but we are now in connection with even the American people or in contrary to the same thesis that we have submitted.

In other hands, the free American people is the most perfect aspect to express the Iraqi opposition and the Association attitudes, I have met in the flight a member of the American Congress, who is the candidate for the next presidential election, when he just saw me he recognized me and said we are on your steps and what you have said is true, it is my mission to work and do with efforts to realize what the American people want as well as you, so we are in real true course, the Iraqi opposition and its expressed by AMSI which is the true damper wall together with all other national powers that has rejected the occupation, the relation with them and the good Americans will be in it peak point, and it will be known to everybody that these armed groups were in the front to take care to us and all. 

When AMSI is accused in a couple of accusations, this may be in more danger that combatants or the controllers, their faces are uncovered and known as well and face the danger more than even the occupation forces that can fire and then disappear, but we came face to face with them openly and we expressed what the Iraqi opposition wanted, here we can indicate to notice that the Iraqi opposition has done the best when it has wrapped its self even if the Americans are uncertainly arresting thousands in order to reached the Iraqi oppositions.

AMSI Net: About the visits of Arabs and foreign ambassadors and other politicians to the headquarters of AMSI, are those visits could be evaluated as confession to AMSI’s role or these visits have the effect to appear?

- In fact they came after the Association has appeared, they did not look for it, but the identity the regulations and its aim were announced, afterwards, a characteristic thing appeared, when these diplomats visited the Association as they were imagine, they have seen the respections and the assistances that been submitted, therefore, the Association has proved its truthfulness, they blessed it and present their confession, the confession to our Association is in the level of Arabian countries, we have invited their leaders and have declared our free words,  we don’t purchase from any, we don’t relate to any body and we don’t conduct any blackmails, we could reach to the real picture, the reality of Iraq is seen, and the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries have talked about the this reality in spite of plenty of possessors of political process wanted to spoil this reality to show it as good as it should be.

AMSI Net: What AMSI thinks about the disagreement among the groups of the opposition, is there any efforts to uncover the blunder or go to the common sense?

- Obviously when we read the declarations of opposition groups, seen that every position has its aim, we don’t have to forget Uhud Battle that Holy Quran has talked about and what could happen to the human beings as long as is far of innocence, upon all these we should think that the opposition is not state as one of state characters owning a security or intelligence mechanism, so it common that a group will violate, and therefore, there will be a lot of violation among various directions, perhaps from US or Iran or the government itself, these directions sends persons whom can penetrate these groups in case creating problems between the groups, and to uncover these groups it takes time by then the clashes between them will be started.

In contrary to this, this could be considered as a tiny thing in comparison with passed four years of clashes and struggle, however the real danger is set in the possessors of political process whom doing their best to undertaken the opposition, this plan is an American plan, this plan consists of finding a controlled enemy, it the same situation in some movements such as Al-Fatih, the Al-Fatih strated with struggling and opposition, but within the passed period it could be penetrated and had political posts inside it, these posts controls the military wing of Al-Fatih, and this military wing could harm the Zionism enemy but it not so as dangerous as hamas, why? Because Al-Fatih is cotrolled by a political wing, the possessors of political process do their best to find an opposition which can be cotrolled, so we observe that there are cracks in some units in case to find an enemy that controls it, there is a political wing that controls it and USA do not banned or reject them in order to get in negotiation with opposition through the politicians, that is the dangerous step, therefore, efforts are exerted day and night to find opposition under control.

AMSI Net: According to your studyabout the reality, is it possible to repeat  the Afghanistan test in Iraq ?

- It is not possible, why? First of all the opposition did not started as an organization or related to certain tribe and its foundation is not a periodical, the opposition is under one umbrella that is (I am a Muslim), so the enemy can not strike this it what so ever is done, it could be resolved but it will started again in same manner as it has started before.

There are no clashes among the oppositions, because I can’t see any reasons for that, but I see the contrary of that, Iraqi territory is promising good things, the train is still running towards the liberation, and the editors will be of that kind whom do not compete with each other for world matters or for a post, their struggle is only constitute a Justice State of Iraq.

I wish to pay attention to another matter necessary regarding the Iraqi opposition as I am specialist in interpreting, we have many examples in our great history which it can be a model progress to the nations and individuals, one of them is in Al-Badr battle, in that battle Prophet Muhammed and his companion did not indicate about the aim of this battle, because if soldiers have new the aim they would be presented in the battle of the atheists, if they new that their number is only 313 against 1000 of the atheists, Ihave got only a little swords and horses, so it was pretended that this is only a negotiation, but Allah has ordered Prophet Muhammed to perform this battle and he will be with Muslims, so it was done what Allah wanted really, the Muslims had won the battle with great success and there is no doubt about what Allah do, so no matter how the force and the power be in enemies side, the most important thing is to belief in one power only Allah’s power, there two choices only in the level of nations first is to live with honor and nobility and secondly is denigration and destruction.

When dose this example came? Came with availability of a state and when Prophet Muhammed was excited and the phrases of the holy Quran was not ended, the phrase (if you agreed and promised …. You will not have your word on) has been deleted in Iraqi opposition case because the American power is known and the opposition know that US is in the field playing as it wish, however the opposition knew that almighty Allah is with it, so there is no doubt we don’t won the battle, the victory will ours, there is no doubt that we can not fight US, we will, this is the resultant of the Iraqi opposition, this must the belief of any Muslim all over the world.

AMSI Net: Now is it the time to collect the fruits of the opposition and struggles given the Iraqi nation?

- In fact the fruits of struggles and opposition is the liberation of Iraq and establishing a state of justice, we don’t have to hurry why? Because we are under a hard examination and precise inspection, because we were preparing persons as Al-Yamani corner, but unfortunately we see them today wondering around the White House, so estimate if we have constituted our state from the first year, these persons may get some important posts in the new state and start to ruin it, and they will give a bad picture to the Islamic States of Justice, now we could get rid of them.

There are some oppositions they only have doing for effecting to win a party or an opinion against another, such oppositions will also be fall without completing the course, the state of justice will and have to be established on the territory of Iraq, this destiny    will realized when the Greatest Allah is willing to.

I wish to declare a point, Iraq is a motherland not a war loot, and don’t have to talk about the fruits, there are somebody has taken from Iraq a war loot, those whom have taken from it a war loot are possessors of political process, as they want to dived Iraq into shares, and want to dived the land of Iraq according to regional, minorities and sectarian levels, by doing this they have even exceeded the war loot, as the war loot can not be divided. 

AMSI Net: The rejectants of the opposition say that the opposition has no a particular political program or it is missing head that can negotiate with, what is your answer for this?

- The Iraqi oppositions that reaches to 95% are Islamic oppositions, therefore, the constitution of the Islamic opposition is the holy Quran, in it you can find the religious regulations and do not be far of realizing its visional anf future aims, its visional aim is to liberate Iraq and the most great political project is the program of liberation Iraq, this program is written with blood, I ask is the program written with blood something little !!

These words are only the decorative of the of the claims of other directions because these directions can not resist, whereas, the future aim is establishing state of justice as we had said the state of justice, and state of justice will constituted on religious regulations that comforts the Jewish, Christian and all other minorities inside the Islamic society and all groups will accept.

The AMSI has prepared a program expresses the Iraqi opposition that keeps all Iraqi groups to accept it, this program will be sent to all according to their sects and religion and ethnics level, in order to confirm it, afterwards all its sections and parts will be published.

AMSI Net: Is there a particular program if the occupation forces have withdrawn from Iraq?

- There two programs in the frame work of AMSI, a program in the shadow of the occupation and a program after the occupation, its lines and details will be appeared, the program is not covered to anybody and will not be far of anybody, in reality it has came to the existence in favor of the Iraqis and will remain the same.

AMSI Net: Is the bridges still exists among the powers that rejects the occupation?

- Yes, but insufficient meetings that imposed by foreign agencies are still continuing it is not easy to go to Karbela or Najaf because of sectarian elimination fear of the certain positions.

However, there are internal telephone calls among us, also there are external contacts such as Al-Khalisia School and Ahmed Al-Baghdadi and Hussein Al-Muaid and others who rejects the occupation.   

Last Word To Iraqi Nation?

The evil powers have been gathered inside and abroad in case to hit the righteous in Iraq, therefore, it is necessary for the Iraqis to demand assistance from most greatest and strongest Allah will assist us (Allah is God of all).

A brief of Sheikh Dr. Abdulselam Al-Kubaisi

- Sheikh Abdulselam Dawud Suwaydan has born in 1949 in Kubaisa city one of Al-Anbar cities, married and has one son and others are daughters, he has finished the primary school in Kubaisa and the intermediate school in Heet district, he joined the religion school in Kubaisa in 1962 and has studied in for 11 years.

- He has learned a variety of important books by heart, after his graduation from high school he started his university studies in Imam Al-Adham faculty of theology (Islam Religion) and graduated in 1972.

- He tried to enter for studying masters degree, but his application was refuse for ten times, and at last he managed to get in for studying in 1990, he has prepared his thesis on the subject of (The Civilization in the Holy Quran) under supervision of Dr. Muhseen Abdulhamed and has gained the honors degree.

- He has continued on studying until he got his excellent degree in his ph.D for the thesis subjected as (Security Phrases in the Holy Quran – an analytic study) under supervision of Scientist Dr. Hashem Jameel.

- He worked as a lecturer in Faculty of Imam Al-Adham in the section of the science of Quran, he is the head of this section that called Methods of Religion.

- He discussed tens of thesis and supervised tens of them in faculty of Islamic science and The Islam University and faculty of Imam Al-Adham.

His Mosque Travels and Hindrances of Speech:

He started his speech (Khutbah) from the minbars when he was nineteen years old, i.e by 1968 in kubaisa and then in Al-Hadeetha Mosques, his first speech in Baghdad was in Bilal Al-Habeshi Mosque and Sheikh Sandal Mosque.

Sheikh Al-Kubaisi says that the terrible travels has started for being open worded from the minbar, and because my speech is not subjected to the official inspection, I was transferred to over 11 Mosques in Baghdad, at last I have been transferred to Basara, and retured back to Baghdad as Imam only in Al-Safafeer Mosque a ban to speech were applied after the Kuweit invasion, after in Najat Al-Suwaydi Mosque, Al-Akhwa Al-Saliheen and at last in Fadhil Mosque.

I have been in Al-Kubaisi Mosque in Al-Ameeria since 1999 up to date.

- I did not change my attitude and manner I am just behind righteous and justice before or after the occupation and my voice will remain to serve the fairness.

-          He has studied under supervisions of esteemed scientists and doctors such as Sheikh Abdulsattar Al-Mulla Taha andx Sheikh Muhammed Taha Al-Bilsani – and in his university stages his supervisors were Sheikh Dr. Harith Al-Dhari and Sheikh Mustafa Al-Zalmi and Sheikh Hashim Jameel.

-          He honored to participate together with some Sheikhs in returning a several Mosques that were seized after the occupation.

-          He is one of the AMSI founder that constituted after the occupation disaster, he is now the assistant of the general secretary for general relations and member of the AMSI secretariat.
