AMSI Net (Amman Office) - His Eminence Sheikh Harith al-Dari, Secretary General of the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) received a delegation of the Japanese Embassy in the United Arab Emirates at the current residence in the Jordanian capital Amman on Monday, 4 June 2007. The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. Guo Mitsuo Saito, Minister at the Japanese Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Recent developments in the Iraqi arena and ways to extricate Iraq from its current ordeal were discussed during the meeting.
The meeting was attended on the Japanese side Nakashima Ihoeinchi first secretary at the Japanese Embassy in the Jordanian capital Amman and Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Bashar al-Faydi official spokesman for AMSI and Sheikh Amer al-Aqidi responsible for AMSI Damascus.
This comes within the meetings conducted by the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) along with the other officials and decision-makers with popular movements in the Arab States and others to deliver voice of the proud Iraqi people who are rejecting occupiers and their projects which imposes terrorism and trick deceptions, and put an end to the tragedies and tribulations that they live in.
