ImageThe Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) made a press release calling Lebanese Government to reconsider its decision to hand over Sheikh Abdul Karim Muzher al Kharbeet to the Interpol.

At its press release the Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) told that this decision is to abuse and victimize the people of Iraq.

The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) invited Lebanese Government to reconsider the decision of hand over Sheikh al Kharbeet who is detained in Lebanon for some times to the Interpol. This resolution will have a negative impact on the feelings of many Iraqis in response to illegal requests from the current government, because this will harm the people of Iraq and Iraqis. 
 
The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) hopes Lebanese Government to re-consider its resolution in this matter in light of real interests of two people, Iraqis and Lebanese to prevent from prejudices on national and anti-occupation personalities, figures.
