Secretary General: I Defend The Iraqi Resistance Print E-mail

ImageSecretary General of AMSI Sheikh Harith al Dhari talks to Al Jazeera saying so-called War on Terror not only launched for al Qaida but it also targets Iraqi Resistance.

Excerpts from the interview:

Sheikh Harith al Dhari: “I am not defending al Qaida, rather I defend the Iraqi resistance which has been under attack. The Awakining Councils (al Sahwa) collaborate with the occupation and fighting with anyone who are carrying arm against the occupation. All these are done in name of fighting against al Qaida. These war launched against all resistance factions in Iraq.Al Qaida has been used to justify attacks against the resistance.”
