Mujahideen factions of the Iraqi resistance targetede so-called Green Zone, heavily fortified region, with three Katyusha missiles on Saturday evening in central Baghdad.

According to a government security source : "Three Katyusha rockets felt on Saturday night, inside the Green Zone in central Baghdad, without the knowledge of the losses resulting from the attack."

The source added that the voice of sirens from the Green Zone were heard, while helicopters were flying over the area. It is worth mentioning that the bombardment of so-called Green Zone continues almost daily by the factions of the Iraqi resistance.
